• User Generated Content (Avatars, Physique Photos).

1.2 Special Category Data (Health)

Under UK GDPR, health data is "Special Category Data". We process this data based on your Explicit Consent when you use the app's tracking features:

• Workout logs (Exercises, weight, volume).
• Body metrics (Weight, 1RM estimates).
• HealthKit Data (Sleep, HRV) - solely for recovery analysis.

1.3 Device Permissions

We request access to certain device features to provide specific functionality. This access is only used for the stated purpose and never for background surveillance:

• Camera: To verify your physical check-ins by taking progress photos. Photos are only captured when you explicitly tap the shutter button.
• Health Connect / HealthKit: To sync workout data and read biometrics for recovery analysis.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the RepLog service (Contractual Necessity).
• To analyze recovery and performance (Explicit Consent).
• To facilitate social interactions (Legitimate Interests).
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. International Transfers

We use third-party services (Google Firebase, RevenueCat) which may store data on servers outside the UK (e.g., in the US). We ensure these transfers are protected under UK Adequacy Regulations or standard contractual clauses.

4. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or erase your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for health data processing at any time (by deleting your account).
• Request a portable copy of your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal identifiers and health data are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

If you have concerns about how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
